Equilibrium is one of the best equipped studios in the UK and the only purpose -built Body Control Pilates studio in the Midlands.

Our light and bright main studio is where we teach Pilates and Yoga mat classes for up to 12 clients.

In addition we have a bespoke Reformer room, where we conduct Group Reformer Classes for up to six clients. This space is also where we conduct
121 sessions using a range of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair.
